What happens after one year for paid licences?

Your licence gives you access to 1 year of feature updates and 1 year of priority support.

After 12 months, the plugin will continue to work perfectly, and you will retain ownership of it. If you wish to continue receiving new features and priority support, you can renew your licence at a preferential rate.

What are the requirements for using the plugin?

To function, the plugin requires three things:

  1. A WordPress site with WooCommerce enabled.
  2. WooCommerce API keys (with Read/Write permissions) so that the bot can read your products and create orders.
  3. A Telegram Bot Token, which you can obtain for free by talking to @BotFather on Telegram.

We also recommend PHP 7.4 or higher and an SSL certificate (HTTPS) on your site for optimal security.

Do customers need to have an account? Can they view their orders?

Absolutely. That's one of the strengths of our plugin! Your customers can:

  • Log in to their existing WooCommerce account directly from the bot (via a code sent by email).
  • Create a new account directly in Telegram if they don't have one.
  • Once logged in, they can view their order history and manage their delivery address. It's not just a shopping cart, it's complete account management.
How does “Payment with Telegram” work? Do you manage the money?

No, we never process or store any payment information.

Our plugin integrates the Telegram Payments feature. You connect your bot to a payment provider (such as Stripe) via Telegram's @BotFather. You then obtain a ‘Payment Token’.

Our plugin uses this token to generate a native Telegram invoice. The customer pays with their card registered in Telegram, and the money goes from their account to yours, via Telegram and Stripe. It is 100% secure and native.

Is the plugin compatible with multilingual websites (WPML / Polylang)?

Yes. The plugin has been designed to be multilingual. It automatically detects the languages configured in WPML or Polylang.

Customers can change languages using a button in the bot menu. In addition, if you want to refine the translations, you can upload your own language files (.mo) directly from the plugin settings page.

The Free version is ideal for displaying your catalogue. It allows customers to browse your products and categories, use the search function and view details.

The PRO version transforms the bot into a complete sales machine. It unlocks all e-commerce features:
